Sara Kerr
Sara brings a wealth of experience as an experienced administrator, with a comprehensive history within the education sector. Her engagement with Medical Training Solutions course participants extends to assisting them with enrolments and addressing course inquiries. Driven by a commitment to excellence and continuous enhancement, she is deeply dedicated to helping individuals attain their educational aspirations. Sara's primary focus centres on optimising the student journey, providing steadfast support to colleagues and participants alike. She takes great pride in cultivating an excellent learning encounter for every individual during their time at MTS.
Clinical Education Facilitator
Kat Sanderson
Kat has been a Registered Nurse since 2003. She has a background in ED/ Cruise Ship Nursing and Education. Moved from the UK to Perth in Jan 2024. Her most recent experience in the UK was as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner, specializing in patients presenting with minor injuries and worked in a tertiary trauma hospital ED in Perth before joining team MTS. Kat gained ALS instructor status with the Resuscitation Council UK in 2011. She has a passion for teaching and leading by example. She is excited to re-ignite her educator role at MTS and being part of team involved with training and development of all allied health professionals.
Rachel Archer
Clinical Education Facilitator
Rachel joins the MTS team as an accomplished Emergency Nurse & Nurse Educator. Having qualified in the UK Rachels nursing career started 30 years ago. Her experience spans across an array of areas including general nursing, emergency nursing, emergency nurse practitioner, army & forensic nursing. Rachels quest to empower individuals to learn, expand their knowledge & skills has seen her move into education. She is a dedicated educator and nursing clinician who thrives in the learning environment, sharing knowledge & skills to empower others to learn & grow.
Instructors
Our instructors come from a pool of experienced medical, nursing and paramedical clinicians from pre-hospital, anaesthesia, emergency and intensive care backgrounds. Instructors are accredited Advanced Life Support course instructors with the Australian Resuscitation Council and have extensive medical simulation and clinical teaching experience.
