ENROLMENT FEE

A non-refundable enrolment fee of 15% of the course fee is required for registration for all courses.

 

NOTICE REQUIRED FOR RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION

Minimum 2 weeks’ notice is required to transfer/cancel for all courses. 2 weeks is calculated as 14 days before the course date.

Complying with any government mandates or public health orders in place at the time of the course or inability to attend due to illness or other changes in your circumstances does not render you eligible for a refund or enable you to reschedule your course date without incurring the relevant fees.

MTS reserves the right to cancel a course if minimum numbers are not achieved, with a full refund or transfer to another course date available.

 

CANCELLATION

If notice of cancellation is received:

• Minimum 2 weeks before course date:

A refund or credit of course fee received by MTS will be available after deduction of the non-refundable enrolment fee. Once refund is approved, this will be processed within 10 business days

• Less than 2 weeks from the course date:

No refund applicable

 

RESCHEDULING

​If a request to reschedule/transfer to another course date is received, a transfer fee will be charged (15% of your course fee) and registration will be transferred to a future date, subject to availability. Requests to transfer/reschedule can be made maximum 2 instances per course. 

 

The new course date must be within 6 months of the original course date

 ​

NON-ATTENDANCE

Non-Attendance on the course day without any prior notice will be classed as cancelling on the day and the entire course fee will be forfeited. 

 

Note: GST is not payable on life saving courses.

 

LATE REGISTRATIONS

Cancellation and rescheduling policy will still be applicable if registrations received within 2 weeks from course date. Please be aware that no refund will be given for cancellation within the notice period required. 

Sometimes, MTS will send an email to inform of registration spots that become available to participants registered on our waiting list. This does not remove the application of the above refund and cancellation policy.
