COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

To reduce the risk of the spread of Coronavirus.

Medical Training Solutions will maintain current hygiene procedures and implement further interventions to reduce the risk of the spread of the Covid-19 virus to protect, staff, trainers, and trainees and required by the WA Government and Health directives.


Mandatory Vaccination Requirements

To provide a safe work environment for employees, instructors, and participants and to follow Public Health Act WA, Health Worker (Restrictions on Access) Directions,

22 September 2021 and align with healthcare facilities for which training services are provided, all staff, instructors and participants will be required to be fully vaccinated by 1 December 2021.

 

Proof of vaccination will be required in the form of Digital Certificate or Vaccination Passport with details then kept on file.

 

Course participants will be required to check the tick box on the online registration stating “Full Vaccination completed by course attendance date. Proof to be provided” and then provide proof of full vaccination prior to course attendance. If participants arrive and cannot provide proof of vaccination at the commencement of the course, they will not be able to attend the course and will be asked to leave, forfeiting all course fees paid.

 

As per Public Health Act WA, Health Worker (Restrictions on Access) Directions,

22 September 2021, it is an offence for a person to fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any directions, punishable by a fine of up to $20,000 for individuals and $100,000 for bodies corporate.

 

 

To ensure that the health and safety management system remains effective in providing a safe and healthy work environment, Medical Training Solutions Pty Ltd Occupational Safety and Health policy and procedures will be reviewed periodically.
